As part of our commitment to support a regional, organic food system, we purchase all of our vegetables and fresh herbs and spices from organic farms in the Northeast.

As a worker co-operative, we are proud to be part of a movement to build and strengthen democratic economies in our community and beyond.

It all started when our founders began making traditional pickles in 1999 after attending a workshop at a Northeast Organic Farming Association conference….
